What We Collect

Bonesaw collects publicly available product information from online stores you choose to monitor. This includes:

• Product titles, prices, and availability status
• Product images, descriptions, and categories (where publicly listed)
• Public catalog pages, collection pages, and sitemaps
• Public catalog endpoints where available (e.g. Shopify product JSON)

How We Collect It

We fetch publicly available pages and data endpoints on a schedule. No logins, credentials, or private access is required or used.

• Free plan: checks run once per day
• Pro plan: checks run as often as hourly
• Manual checks are rate-limited to prevent excessive requests
• We respect robots.txt directives where applicable

What We Do Not Access

Bonesaw does not access private systems, admin panels, or any page that requires authentication. We only collect information that is publicly available to any visitor of the store.

Domain Removal Requests

If you are a store owner and would like your domain removed from Bonesaw, contact us at [email protected]. We review and process valid domain removal requests. Bonesaw only reads publicly available pages — we do not bypass any access restrictions.
